DELIVERY & HANDLING
At Mainline it is our priority for all products to arrive with our customers promptly, and in excellent condition. We select packaging that uses the minimum amount of material required to protect our products to ensure each order reaches the customer safely. We work with our delivery partners to ensure parcels are delivered on time to the doorstep of the address provided, between the working hours of 8am-6pm.
Mainline aim to be transparent with all customers regarding shipping charges and delivery estimates. We have a two-tiered delivery service: Non-Guaranteed Next Working Day and 3 Day. We aim to despatch orders which are placed before 11.30am on the same working day.
The minimum order values for orders sent by carrier is £50 (before VAT) for mouldings, 17 sheets for backing board orders and 20 sheets for orders containing mountboard.
Smaller orders can be collected from our trade counter with prior arrangement.
