GROWING THE FAMILY: MAINLINE ACQUIRES KC GLASS
Mainline Mouldings Limited, has completed its acquisition of KC Glass. The family business, based in Langar in Nottinghamshire, has acquired Wolverhampton-based KC Glass Limited, also a family business.
This partnership aims to extend its combined offerings of high-end products and services to an even greater range of customers.
KC Glass Limited, formed in 1980 by passionate picture framers Ken Page and Bill Fullard, will continue to handle the glass distribution.
